CE Energy establishes a Nigerian subsidiary
Today, CE Energy, through their parent holding company, completed the establishment of their Nigerian distributor, Prime Rivers Petroleum Ltd, to drive the firm’s investment in the Nigerian Market.
“Given the structure changes H.E. President Tinabu has made to the Nigerian market, we feel that this is an opportune moment to look at investing in the Nigerian market.” Said Christopher Eppinger, CEO of CE Holding Ltd.
“Nigeria maintains its place as one of the largest imports of oil products globally. With the propagation of modular refineries throughout the delta and the start-up of the Dangote refinery complex in the near future, this is the perfect time to establish a Nigerian presence to act as a springboard for regional development for the Prime Rivers brand.” Michael Humphreys-Davies, CE Energy DMCC’s Head of Trading.
